The Business Environmental Program Provides- FREE ASSISTANCE –

• Telephone Consultation
• Building Audits – We will look at your building and how you operate it. We provide a report that identifies the highest value opportunities for reducing your energy use.
• Financing and Incentives – We will help you with obtain financing and/or incentive money to carry out energy efficiency projects. We work closely with NV Energy and their incentive and support programs.
• Landlord/Leasehold Tennant Agreement – We provide advice in building agreements between landlords and leaseholders that work to support energy efficiency upgrades to your facility. We have a template agreement to start with. (See “Landlord Agreements”, above). The agreement delivers a winning combination for all!
• Implementation – We help you with getting projects off the ground… from contractor selection to proposal review to confirmation of proper installation.
