The Business Environmental Program provides free and confidential environmental management assistance to business and government operations in Nevada. The Program specializes in cost effective strategies to reduce hazardous materials and waste generation, conserve water and energy, minimize air emissions, and maintain compliance with environmental requirements. The program provides training, on-site consultation, assistance over the phone and through its website and publications.

Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
The Code of Federal Regulations is a codification of the rules published in the Federal Register by Executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government. The CFR is divided into 50 titles which represent broad areas subject to Federal regulation, with environmental regulations contained mainly in title 40. Each volume of the CFR is revised once each calendar year. Title 40 is revised every July 1.

Federal Regulations
Regulations.gov, the public face of the Federal E-Government eRulemaking Program, facilitates public participation in the Federal regulatory process by improving the public’s ability to find, view, and comment on Federal regulatory actions.
The Regulations.gov web site also houses other types of federal information. In addition to Federal regulations, many Departments and Agencies use Regulations.gov to post other types of documents open for public comment, such as Agency significant guidance. Certain Federal agencies also allow the public to initiate an action by filling a submissive via Regulations.gov.
