The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) tracks the management of certain toxic chemicals that may pose a threat to human health and the environment. Facilities in different industry sectors must report annually how much of each chemical is released to the environment and/or managed through recycling, energy recovery and treatment. On November 1, 2022, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finalized amendments to the 2008 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Paint Stripping and Miscellaneous Surface Coating Operations at Area Sources. More Funds for Clean School Bus Program Rebates

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently announced it would nearly double the funding awarded for clean school buses this year following increased demand for the 2022 Clean School Bus Rebates.
