·      Common deficiencies and how to avoid them.

Why should you attend?

Don’t be caught by surprise! When a facility receives an air permit from a regulatory agency it comes with many conditions, restrictions, and other requirements. In addition to complying with the conditions, there is also the potential for an inspection by the agency to make sure the facility is abiding by all the requirements stated in the permit. Many facilities are unsure of what to expect during these inspections and are unaware of how to prepare for them. They may not know what will be inspected, what materials to prepare, how long it will take, or what type of enforcement may happen if the facility does not meet the proper standards. Simply being unaware of what to expect and how to prepare can cause problems for the facility and can result in enforcement actions against them.
