The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is holding a public webinar to collect initial feedback on the development of a proposed rule to collect data to help inform each step of the Toxics Substances Control Act (TSCA) risk evaluation and management process. To provide oral comments during the webinar, register by July 22nd.
EPA will also consider written commends which should be submitted to docket EPA-HQ-OPPT-2021-0436 on www.regulations.gov on or before August 15th, 2021.
