EPA Announces New TSCA Fees

In accordance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is required to adjust the TSCA fee requirements every three years. On December 1st, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed amendments to the 1993 National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Perchloroethylene (PCE) Dry Cleaning facilities.
